Utterly pitiful service. I live in a small block of apartments. UPS drivers will buzz to be let in the building, then leave a "sorry we missed you" card in your mailbox. This informs you that your parcel has been taken to a local store where you should go and collect it. Why should we as recipients that have paid for delivery take a 30-minute round trip because the driver couldn't be bothered to take the lift up a few floors? This is happening time and time again. I keep reporting it to UPS, but it does nothing. Customer service just says that they have mailed the "appropriate department". I was supposed to have a parcel delivered 11 days ago, still waiting. Dreadful customer service. I now avoid retailers that use UPS because it is so painful going through this every time.
