UPS sucks!! They lost my 2 day delivery pkg and lie to cover their ass. If I won't have followed up a week later, they would ignore everything. Customer service is worthless and clueless. Management sucks and deliver BS like the rest of the UPS team that don't take no responsibilities nor accountability!!. Management has no sense of urgency nor empathy for customers. They lost my sensitive pkg and they act like I have to wait for 2 weeks until they can give me any type pf feedback. By this pkg being lost I lost a major opportunity because of the contact of pks and I can not reproduce it.
This whole UPS management are bunch of worthless professionals that are not right for the job just collecting paycheck. Which tells me a lot about UPS corrupt culture that is mismanaged from Top to bottom!!!. This write up will be in social media all over.
