Not happy at all. Ebay recommended this company to me and I chose Next day delivery at a cos of £10.35 as the buyer wanted next day. Turns out my delivery then told me it would take 5 days. Why take next day money for next day if its not next day? I understand high volumes and postal strikes, but its misleading to be called Next day and charge me for Next day prices. Very upset
Update 1 week later, seems the parcel is still not out for delivery 1 week after paying for 'next day'. Its not even gone into out for delivery, saying it is still at the shop to be picked up, and the buyer doesnt know when to be in for it. I went to the claims page, but after filling out form for lost item, it will not accept my bank account number or sort code. - Making it as difficult as possible - wasting my day trying to sort this. Very upset . I can see myself losing £76 here or wasting all day trying to file a claim with awful customer service - just bots that drive me insane.
