Parcel due for delivery Tuesday didn’t even bother to call. Wednesday re delivery pressed my buzzer and didn’t wait around more than 30 seconds didn’t have time to get to door before they left.
Thursday said they had tried to deliver but I have a video recorder on my door and no attempt was made.
Rang customer service who assured me I would be contacted within the hour and my parcel would be delivered. Guess what neither happened. Disgraceful service
