The day after my delivery was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying my email address was incomplete. When I made my purchase my address was completed in full including eircode.
Once my delivery arrived in ireland, it took two days for UPS to email me to say there was an issue.
There is nowhere to update the address online, and it is not clear what they are going to do.
I had to ring them to get my address completed in full and no my package will not be delivered for another 5 days!
What were UPS going to do if I did not contact them?
Rubbish!
They were late anyway and are trying to place the blame elsewhere.
