I used my UPS account once. Someone else fraudulently or accidentally used my account for multiple other shipments. I disputed the charges online and my claim was rejected. Twice I called to remove the charges and both times I was told the charges would be removed. Today I received a notice that my account was suspended for not paying these incorrect charges. After 97 minutes on the phone with UPS today including being placed back in the main queue after reaching someone who could help I finally got another person who confirmed that the charges were cleared up. It's hard to trust that it'll actually happen this time since the previous reps were so useless.
My account has now been cancelled and I'll make sure wherever possible that I route my business elsewhere.
