A package that was handed over to UPS store the previous evening 5 PM and supposed to delivered by noon next day was delivered after 72 hours after the promised deadline. The issue is the package was perishable item. There was no communications whatsoever. When I call UPS, it takes 45-60 minutes to speak to CSR because they deployed a Robot in between Customers and CSR. The Robot will not understand anything but it will keep repeating the same nonsense. You cannot log a complaint if you send the package through a UPS Store. You cannot track a complaint because you did not log it. Essentially UPS will charge whatever they want and if you paid the money to get any response back from them is impossible.
