I just lost two huge potential sales thanks to UPS.
I sent two product samples to Nashville. Both were lost in the warehouse in Nashville. Business moves fast, so the opportunity is gone.
I sent another product sample to Texas and it was blocked due to paperwork. I used the same paperwork I've used for the past year. They claimed there was no paperwork. I provided it digitally. They still rejected it. Another huge potential sale lost.
UPS is totally unreliable for business. I'll use DHL or FedEx in the future.
