UPS is just horrible. At this point I wonder how they are still in business with this terrible customer service. Was supposed to receive a package yesterday and was home all day. After 6pm when I tracked the package I was notified that attempt delivery failed although I was home and no door tag was on my door. Was told that it could be picked up at a UPS access point around 10-15 minutes from my home which turned out to be a grocery store. When my husband went there the next morning parcel wasn’t there yet. I called ups and made an address change to my location and it was posted on their site, but still delivered to that grocery. I know they never delivered it to my place to begin with. Wether it was traffic or drivers laziness I don’t know.
Never ever use UPS. There are so many other good couriers out there.
