SO behind the times with servicing deliveries. You cannot amend your delivery address without enrolling in their scheme and even then I couldn’t amend my delivery address or date!!
UPS put a slip through my door when I missed my initial delivery to ask what I wanted to do next…I ticked the box on the form saying that I am happy for the parcel to be left behind a planter in my front garden and I take full responsibility for the decision. I then taped it on my door and the driver read the note (ring door bell footage) and still he took my parcel away. So now my purchase on the way back to the warehouse to be sent back to the sender…no wonder so many businesses are going under when they have UPS to rely on!!
