Unfortunately my supplier chose United Parcel Shambles to deliver my parcel. They attempted delivery, I wasn’t in, but used the card that they left to arrange a re delivery the following week, as I was away over the weekend. The website accepted the re delivery request, great 😃
Got back home to discover that they’d attempted two more deliveries while I was away, ignoring the re delivery instruction and then returned it to the sender. Appalling. A joke.
