I sent people over to them then they came clean to the fact they haven't made any attempts at delivery and just scanned the system to show they were doing something Right cons you contract n employ From them we got the details of where the package would be in Navsari So my 75 year mother went there with a few people to retrieve the documents package Now we have our package No help to you or your damned service Absolutely Shameful service Absolutely disgusting response from yourselves n those that allegedly represent your company Worst bit about all this is I paid for it Paid to be treated like a mug And to cap it off - after website showing me £46 something in total chages You took 2 ! Extra payments from my card Thus committing fraud or Stealing from my account Those will be reported to the credit card company n we'll see what you have to say before I consider filing a police report for theft
