I would have given rating in minus if I had that option. I haven’t seen such irresponsible behaviour towards customers till date. My international parcel arrived in Dublin on 4th Dec and still haven’t delivered to me. Everytime I call customer service I just get a standard response stating it will be delivered soon. UPS customer representative have even lied 2 times on call by assuring that I will receive my parcel on next day but received nothing as of today. When asked for an email id to raise complain or escalate it they simply reply that I can only speak to customer representative and there is a huge back log which they are trying to clear.
One of the representatives even told me that as of yesterday my parcel has not even sorted in the warehouse. I seriously wonder that the company is doing from 4th Dec till date.
