Use DHL instead!
Terrible customer service. Lost our packages which we have sent out for a family holiday. Passed back and forth between departments, no one really knows whats going on with the package and now have been on hold for 65min to speak to a manager.
UPDATE 15th Feb:
I think I have tried calling UPS over 20 times, everyday on holiday we called to find our goods. We were always directed to a call centre in India, no one really cared where the bag had gone. 7 Days in we were told the suit case had been lost and an investigation had been started. Not once did a Manager ever call us back. I have just come off the phone to UPS to be told, 14 days later that no investigation has been raised, after multiple Managers have told us it was.
We have sent our remaining bags back by DHL and they arrived home today with full communication thoughout the delivery within 3 days. We will never use UPS again for anything.
I would highly recommend you avoid UPS and send via DHL, a much better company which actually cares and doesnt lose your baggage!
