I would give zero stars if that were possible. Two UPS deliveries for same item failed. One to work address which despite delivery window of 9.15am-12.15pm arrived after 5.45pm and was then returned by courier to sender without re-delivery attempt and with excuse that delivery address was ‘incorrect’ when it wasn’t.
The other was rescheduled delivery for same parcel (resent by sender) to a home address which due to required signature had to be rescheduled, was confirmed rescheduled with delivery window of 9.15am-12.15pm (confirmation email received day prior) and then failed to turn up. Tracking info suggests I requested a further re- delivery this morning - but no further details available! Absolute joke, had arranged to work from home specially today to receive parcel. Virtually impossible to contact anyone at UPS and still waiting to hear anything at all.
