Extremely poor service.
I ordered a package from the US.
1) The delivery was expensive and the brokerage at the customs was even more expensive.
2) After I provided everything that was required for the customs clearance, it took UPS more than 2 weeks (!) and me - more than 20 (!) emails to ensure the delivery.
3) In our correspondence, UPS many times claimed that they attempted to deliver the goods but were not able to do that because of the wrong address. However, the address was correct.
4) Finally, when the courier came, he started speaking Russian to me. Well, I have a surname finishing with "-ov", but it doesn't mean I speak Russian.
