Worse delivery company on the planet, I would rather pay extra for a product as long as it's not delivered by UPS.
This is not my first encounter with UPS, this has happened to me at 2 times before. I ordered 4 items and express delivery, not knowing they used UPS, If I did, I would've gone elsewhere, I needed the items delivered before Friday 10th May 24, delivery, supposedly on the Wed the 8th, not delivered, UPS said (on their app) deliver the next working day (9th May) you wait all day, to get told (App) we'll deliver Monday, strangely, UPS had already returned one of the items to sender, before they sent the message regarding delivery on Monday. Useless! I needed those things, it was my 60th birthday on Saturday and required them, I was gutted and had to go elsewhere for them, at an extra cost, now having to wait for a refund.
Please don't use UPS!
