If possible I would have given a zero (0) rating to UPS.
This is the 3rd time I’ve had problems with UPS delivery services. Either the package is delayed, damaged or some else’s item has been put into my damaged package, resealed and delivered to me. Trying to get current and correct updates is virtually impossible.
I will be sure to never order on-line an item to be delivered by UPS!
