UPS should be more clear about delivery times. Because I go to work for 1:30 in the morning, a delivery time of "between 12 noon and 2 pm seemed agreeable. Well an hour and a half after 2 pm, I'm getting the update that it will be by 7pm.
Newsflash: Not everyone's awake at 7pm. I wish they'd given the option to pick up my package once it was evident that it would not arrive during the window of time initially provided. Now I risk having my package stolen because I have to be asleep for a midnight alarm clock. Shame on the delivery services that don't really consider their customers.
