I have been waiting 3 weeks for a package that on the website says 5 working days. I was tracking my order online and I could see that never left for delivery, just sent back to sender. I cancel that order and I order again from another website but same delivery company - UPS. I paid €16 extra for a faster delivery (3 days), again I was tracking all the time, I created an account on UPS website to add more information, as a phone number. I order it on Monday, the tracking says out for delivery after 7pm that I waited until 12 and nothing on Thursday. Next day the order didn’t come out for delivery and and I got an notification saying that they will try to delivery next working day, which will be on Monday. So one week to delivery something that I paid extra for faster service. The chat is extremely limited and the only answer is: “you will get an update soon…” frustrated and disappointed
