I received an email stating that they missed me on what is a signed package. I have a RING video camera and they never came to the door nor left a message stating they did. I called three times and was told three times my package was on its way. They lied three times and now I have to be held HOSTAGE again for another day while they maybe bring my package. What is wrong with your delivery people lying constantly to customers. The customer reps on the phone are lied to by the drivers so it's not their fault. Your company has done this to me several times and I want you to be aware that your drivers lie on the regular about not finding people at home. I am always home when I miss a package. Of course I'm home, the package has to be signed for. Please do something about this awful service.
