Yesterday, the driver made no attempt to deliver my package that requires a signature. I watched their website come up and say it couldn’t be delivered. I called UPS and complained and was told that my concern would be noted on the delivery notes. Today at apparently 7:10 pm (delivery by 7:00 pm) the driver came to my door, did not knock or ring the doorbell and left a delivery slip with no information on it, not even the tracking no. If their drivers refuse to contact for signatures, they need to stop offering the service. The is the second order I’ve made from the same store and the same thing happened.
