If I could give 0 stars I would. UPS updated the shipping address to a random persons house, only way I found out about this was the shipper told me, not UPS. It was attempted to be delivered at that random location, an address I NEVER entered, after I spoke with someone saying they had updated the address to the correct one. Employees of customer service all had different things to say.. some said they updated the address, no suprise it’s still out for delivery in a completely wrong city in my state. (Keep in mind they told me they had updated the address 5 days ago) Some said there’s absolutely no way they can update the address.. ??? How is there no way you can update the address when you were the ones who changed it without informing me… I paid 30 dollars for overnight shipping, 6 days later no sign of my package, still out for delivery in a completely wrong city. Not to mention it’s extremely difficult to even talk to a real person, and even they do absolutely nothing to help. Tried to contact the billing department to file a claim, waited on hold for 20 minutes, someone answered, said nothing, I heard talking in the background, then they hung up. What kind of customer service is that? USPS on the other hand consistently gets my package here 1-2 days early. I’m going to try my best to avoid UPS in the future.
