Review of UPS: Incompetent and Unreliable Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by UPS. My parcel has been stuck in limbo for over two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received nothing but vague responses and empty apologies. The UK/IE Customer Resolution Group Manager / Agent repeatedly sends emails apologising for the delay but fails to provide a definitive delivery date or a meaningful resolution.
Every time I contacted their customer service, I was passed between agents who seemed ill-equipped to provide any clear updates or solutions. The lack of accountability and competence within UPS has been incredibly frustrating. It’s astonishing that a company that markets itself as a global leader in logistics struggles with basic delivery operations.
UPS’s inability to organise effectively or handle customer concerns demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism. This experience has been unacceptable, and I will seriously reconsider using their services for any future deliveries.
Save yourself the frustration and choose a more dependable courier. UPS has proven they are simply not up to the task.
