UPS tracking shows my package was delivered at 9:23 pm, yet UPS has NO photographic records of it being placed on my front porch. Moreover, I have a Ring video camera on my front porch that shows NOTHING BEING DELIVERED at that time either.
I opened an "investigation" into the loss of my package. The case was closed after 4 days of a supposed "investigation"......UPS said they could not contact me (I gave them a contact email address and phone number). I guess the UPS "investigators" spent all of 5 minutes with the very thorough "investigation".
I thought the US Postal Service was bad, but I think UPS has learned from the US government. I guess I'll have to replace the $216 value of my package.
