UPS is an absolute disgrace. My package was supposed to arrive 2-3 days ago, and here I am still waiting, thanks to their incompetence and outright lies. They claimed they “attempted delivery” the day before yesterday—what a joke! I was home the entire day, and no one even came near my house. Then they had the audacity to say my package was taken to a collection point 14 miles away from where I live. When I wasted my time and fuel driving there, the shop told me they didn’t even have the package.
Yesterday, my wife stayed home all day waiting, and yet again, no one showed up. Now I get an update saying someone mysteriously “changed the delivery date.” Another blatant lie. UPS is either completely incompetent or deliberately misleading their customers—or maybe both.
They have wasted my time, energy, and money, and still have no accountability for their failures. I will never trust UPS again, and I urge anyone reading this to avoid them like the plague. They do not deliver on their promises—literally.
