UPS tracking is the worst out there.
I receive medical supplies through UPS and their tracking is very bad. Even their own customer service indicates it should not be believed.
Today I was supposed to get a delivery between 9.45am - 12.45, then it changes to 13.30 - 15.30. Now it is end of the day. Even their own driver said if it is not here by 5pm it is unlikely to be delivered as the depot is 2 hours away and he needs to be back there by 7pm.
Contacting customer service does not help as they have no clue and all they do is ask the depot to contact me. Or give the suggestion to use MyChoice, which I have done, but delivery requests are bluntly ignored (deliver to neighbour). The nearest UPS access point requires to travel by car and for a disabled person who can't drive it means getting an expensive taxi.
If I could get my medical supplies any other way I would do so.
