Since October 2024, UPS has consistently failed to deliver our packages on time. In November and December alone, around 100 parcels arrived 1 to 2 days late. As a business shipping perishable goods, timely delivery is critical, and this level of service is unacceptable. If these delays persist, we will have no choice but to switch to FedEx. Very disappointed.
