I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE. I was explicitly told that if I dropped off my package before 4 PM, UPS would deliver it the very next day. Because I urgently needed this package delivered, I chose to pay EXTRA for next-day delivery. I followed all instructions, dropped it off on time, and I was assured that it would be delivered today by end of day. NOW I SEE THAT MY PACKAGE IS STILL STUCK AT AN ACCESS POINT. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY SERVICE IF UPS DOESN’T HONOR ITS OWN GUARANTEE? I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE EXPLANATION AND ACTION. I EXPECT THIS PACKAGE TO BE PRIORITIZED AND DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has wasted both my time and money. If UPS cannot honor its commitments, then customers are being MISLED. I need confirmation ASAP on when exactly this package will be delivered and what UPS will do to correct this failure.
