The driver reported, "• Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point? for customer pick up." The driver should have left his calling card? None was found. I was at home all the time but a UPS van drive past the house at around the time of the stated failed delivery! I reviewed cctv footage but nothing entered through the gate. It appears that the driver is making it easy for himself and having an early finish. No details of the collection point was left. Now I should be paid by UPS to complete the drivers job.
