I am writing to complain about your service. I have an URGENT delivery which you attempted to deliver yesterday. I have been given an infonotice number yet i cannot track it online, i cannot track it on the UPS app and your customer service centre were extremely unhelpful too.
If you are looking for more customers to use you, you are going the wrong way about it. How am I supposed to reschedule my package if your system lets me down at the first hurdle?
