Terrible service- Package hasn’t arrived on the day it said it would, as they apparently have no address information. No attempt by the company to contact me, only found out by checking tracking number after it not arriving. Called up as there was no way to update information on their site. After double checking my address from original Apple order details, everything was on there, as the other product I ordered came fine, via Royal Mail though. Called up and a lengthy conversation with me repeatedly saying my address and confirming it in various different ways and being on hold for several minutes felt like an excuse to keep my on the line for longer, not sure if 0345 is a charging number? They could of asked for my address earlier I ordered the product over a week ago but no, they waited until the ‘delivery day’, they didn’t even check with Apple or the original order which would of shown my address. Just seems like general incompetence and means I can’t do any work until it arrives.
