PLEASE TRY AND AVOID USING UPS
As a courier driver/ company everyone puts their trust on you to deliver their items safely from one destination to another and misplacing/stealing customers valuable item is not acceptable at all. You need to be loyal towards your customers. UPS came to collect 2 parcels in 2 boxes 2 weeks ago. I handed it to UPS in good faith thinking it was going to be safely delivered. However this is not the case. The recipient has only received 1 parcel and the other is missing, I have a proof of return label for 2 parcels. The recipient is still investigating in missing item worth £399 an I watch series 5 to be more precise. It’s been more than 2 weeks now. Tried contacting UPS regarding the driver who came for collection but they refused to answer me. DO NOT TRY AND COVER YOUR STAFF!!! How on Earth could it miraculously get lost from the collection point and delivery address and is nowhere to be found?? UPS You guys need to train your staffs properly so that this doesn't happen in future. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
