I paid for next day delivery "UPS Express" next day no later than 10.30. I cancelled jobs to stay home waiting for the parcel which not turned up. Next day was marked out for delivery, expected before midday. Jobs cancelled again, waiting and waiting and waiting but no parcel delivered. The worst delivery company ever!
