Final Delivery delivery destination JUST 1.6 miles (an 8 minute drive) from depot. **3 DAYS** LATER (FRIDAY) and 3 UNEXPLAINED "DELAYS" LATER STILL NOT DELIVERED!!! Drive to depot to try to COLLECT ITEMS - NOT ALLOWED to collect as items cannot apparently be retrieved from warehouse?!!?? Unbelievable!! Told to wait all weekend until Monday for urgently required items with no guarantee they can even deliver then on past performance!! No offer to expedite a Saturday delivery, nothing. Refuse to give out Depot Manager's contact details as they apparently told not to!!?? This depot do not give a **** about their customers and do not deserve anyone's business.
