Hi, according to the schedule sent by Ups I had to receive a package Friday, 29/05/2020 end of day. Around 6 pm I called customer service and I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone who told me the package would be delivered Monday 01/06/2020 but the surprise on Monday I received a rescheduled delivery date for Tuesday, 02/06/2020 end of day. Tuesday morning I called customer service to find if the package would come. After about 40 minutes of waiting someone told me that it will surely be delivered by 7 pm and I will be notified one hour before delivery but it did not happen and the package did not come. Tuesday afternoon I called again to see what happened. After a long wait on the phone someone told me that he doesn't know what happened and that I will be rescheduled because there are not enough drivers. Finally Wednesday morning the package arrived damaged, without rescheduled. In conclusion I wasted 3 days waiting for a scheduled package, useless customer service. P.S. dear Ups do you think your customers have time to wait for a package between 9 am - 7 pm? because you have no scheduled time. "End of day" is ridiculous, most couriers have time schedules and tracked cars. Avoid this courier until he solves his problems.
