Seriously, what is wrong with this company? Never deliver on the day they are supposed to. Was expecting a delivery on Wednesday, but got rescheduled for Thursday. On Thursday I received a message saying it’s been delayed until Friday. The item is with them, but they are simply not delivering. Calling them is a total waste of time. 40 minutes before they answer the phone and you simply get shrugged off. Their excuse is that they are busy. Quite happy to take the money for a delivery and they don’t give a damn after that. If they are too busy, perhaps they should start thinking about employing more drivers? Or stop taking on so much work? I will avoid sellers making use of UPS from now on, it’s not worth the headache.
