Incompetence of the highest order.
They used to be one of the best but recently they've demonstrated exactly why some companies shouldn't be in business. Other courier companies have struggled with volumes in this pandemic and they have responded and managed to get their acts together - UPS have just lurched from uselessness to absolute incompetence.
Tracking information is of no value and their "virtual assistant" is a waste of time, just regurgitating what you already see on tracking.
My parcel has been "out for delivery" on two consecutive days and not been delivered. Now I get "Delivery will be delayed by one business day"- the same as the day before. What is a "business day" to UPS? It certainly isn't a working day! Virtual Assistant now also says "I'm sorry I don't have any updates at this time."
Wonder what they think their customers are there for.
