UPS really bad experience! I was sent two packages (together) from Italy to London, I paid for the delivery at home and they assured me the arrival in 4 working days.
they lied updating the tracking and writing that I was not at home for delivery when I was waiting for them, they lied when they wrote DELIVERED and instead I had not received anything, they lied again when I called them saying that there was a problem and I would have received the parcels at home within two days, after two days they said another day, and in the end they left my parcels in two different collection points and even put one in the expiry time! after 11 days I also had to go to take them myself!outrageous!
