They don't seem to care about the people they are delivering to.
UPS sent me an email saying that they would deliver my parcel the next day, by the end of the day. This meant I was committed to saying in all day. The next day no delivery At about 19.45 had an email saying they would deliver the next day. No comment at all about the non delivery. No apology. Again delivery would be by end of day. It did arrive. Is it too much to say sorry when you don't deliver? Why can't UPS be more precise with delivery times? Other delivery companies give accurate times down to two hour slots!
