OMG.... there's a driver doing collection around Clapham, South London. He is so rude and unprofessional. I've never met any courier driver so unprofessional like him. He stands outside smoking and expect the customer to send parcel down to him. He's not polite and really uncivilised. I'm really shocked they work with such drivers. I had a 55kg parcel on third floor and driver refused to come up for the parcel. He eventually drove off without collecting the parcel I've paid to be collected. It's really sickening
