Hi UPS, case number C-0042030752, you have lost my parcel, and after this I don't have a opportunity to make a claim as "this shippment is ineligible for a claim " ??? On your message to me you write "I suggest for you to coordinate with Ebay for them to contact us directly to start the investigation. They can also provide a possible replacement or refund for your shipment while we are conducting the investigation." but after contacting Ebay they said that is not any agreement regarding this, please explain me what to do now? What to explain to my costumer now ? and if you lost my parcels why I have to refund 70 pounds from my pocket ? Plaese do something if not i will not leave this, is your business and you have to answer for this.
