Have had such a rude telephone operator lady responding to my request about forwarding my commercial invoice. She was very confused about whether I needed to handle my commercial invoice in person or can just email it(and still in the end she got it wrong). As she has an accent I have to ask her to repeat her sentence sometimes. However, she very soon lost the patience and told me off like I was an idiot not be able to understand her.. I have to apologise to her which is so ridiculous. But I got chilled in the end as another lady called to ask me to email her invoice and she is very very nice and patient. Still, how can the quality of the staffs differ so much? My mood was literally ruined..
