Been ordering online in a monthly basis , never got anything delivered by ups , until next week ..
I've ordered a gift , a week before needed it , I understand with the current choir situation things takes time. However even during lockdown I've received all my items on time , most of the times even earlier . Not with UPS tho !!
Apperently the driver attempted a delivery last Wednesday, however they forgot to let me know , no phone call or message or anything . So they sent my package to a delivery collection point.. I'm 9 months pregnant , I order things with delivery , i try to b out as less as possible giving the the current virus situation.
When I rang UPS and asked what's going on , I've been told the drivers not allowed to use their phone and also that they using a map to get from A to B . Not a Gps! I've spent over an hour on the phone with very rude customer service, been spoken 4 different person, but I had to almost beg for over 10 min to speak to a manager .
They promised, my package will b delivered today, early morning, now its half 12 , I cant leave the house to get my food shop cuz they have lied, again !!cuz waiting on a delivery...
The worst delivery company out there , avoid if possible
