To be frank, after 6 days, the IPhone started to periodically lock itself. When it did so, it was unusable for 60 minutes at a time. Secondly, the GPS on the phone was wonky from day one. The voice would repeat itself, change pitches and the program would direct me incorrectly. Finally, the ear buds that were sent to me were not the ones I ordered. I was sent a set with wires, however, I had ordered the wireless ones. Your website and offered services and products displayed beautifully and the site was easy to use. In the end, I ended up having to spend over a thousand dollars to purchase a new IPhone from an Apple store w/insurance, etc. Buyer beware. My mistake. I imagine my experience is not typical of the way your company operates. Seriously, I’m sure it isn’t. Best of luck going forward.
