Price was decent and delivery was super quick (ordered Monday, came Friday). I purchased an iPhone XR/Black/Excellent/T-Mobile and it came exactly as described. No glitches, no scratches, battery health excellent. Phone was not blacklisted and was paid off. Overall, I'd highly recommend UpTrade if you're looking for a used phone from a reliable source. Side notes: I actually have MetroPCS as my carrier, but TMobile phones still work with T-Mobile (but not vice versa). All you need to do when you call to switch your phone is say it is unlocked, and you'll be able to switch as you would with any MetroPCS/unlocked phone. Also iPhone XR's SIM placement is tricky, chip side should face up.
