I recently bought a Biltwell Gringo Helmet from Urban Rider. Along the way I had some queries (re: postage & delivery outside UK, sizing, return policy etc.) each email was answered within a few minutes and their customer service was excellent; friendly & informative.
the helmet arrived punctually and it's even better than I thought it would be. I will be doing business here again. thanks guys - Keep up the good work.
