“I initially ordered a small matte black Shoei helmet from the store. It was too small and I returned it (for $86). I requested a medium on the return form and emailed the company asking for a medium to m be sent. They sent me another small. After requesting label I again requested a medium to be sent (with the word medium in bold print). Anyway after 4 emails requesting a medium to be sent I received a refund. When I asked why, I was informed it was MY fault since I didn't request a medium on the form of the small they sent in error. Spend your hard earned money somewhere customer satisfaction is a priority.”

The folks at Urban Rider stopped my order, explained to me how to get a proper fit and my perfectly fitting jeans got to me only two days after I adjusted my order. I ordered an incorrect item a few weeks ago (I ordered
a sweatshirt but wanted a hoodie - totally my mistake) so I emailed urban rider and explained to them that I’d ordered the wrong item and could I return it and pay the extra for the hoodie version, they were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They arranged the collection of the sweatshirt and also delivered the hoodie with no issues whatsoever. It was great customer service from start to finish and good communication through the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening. WELL DONE!!”
“I've ordered multiple items from them. However, the email response team, individuals are shocking. Blunt, rude and not helpful. Other work colleagues have also had similar experiences in the same area. Just condescending overall. Still not been able to return a visor that I was misinformed on. So I'm stuck with that and can't do anything with it. When deliveries questions are put to them they also have complete lack of interest and just pass the blame. It's a shame.”
