The selection of my Builtwell Helmet and payment on line was easy, the delivery and timed arrival was superb. The helmet packaging was flimsy and I was concerned the helmet would be scratched but luckily it wasn't. The fit and detail on the helmets is very good. I noted a tiny paint imperfection or manufacturing indentation on the helmet which I took pictures of and contacted Laurens at Urban Rider, who quickly sent my pictures to BUILTWELL. They have offered to take the helmet back and exchange for a new one although they have assured me it will not effect the protection the helmet offers. And Urban Rider have offered 10% off any other transaction in store, which is most kind. Sadly I cannot take up Builtwells offer of exchange, as I had to take time off work to await delivery of the helmet and cannot do so again for some time due pressures of work and in the meanwhile I am using the helmet daily. I have everything at the moment I need in motorcycle gear but I would buy Builtwell again and I will purchase from Urban Rider when I need something. M McCarthey
