These guys were great in resolving some weird US Customs stuff that came about from ordering my Tucano Urbano helmet while in Italy, and shipping it home to the US. Great service - they kept in touch while we worked through some crazy documentation issues. At the end, I have the coolest scooter helmet in town. Everyone's asking where to get one - I'm sending them straight to Urban Rider.
